ImmuStrip™ Test Systems

The ImmuStrip™ Test Systems available from SLR are an immunostripe technique utilizing various antigens, which are striped and fixed to a nitrocellulose membrane. These kits contain 20 Strips - each with a positive control, negative control, conjugate, developing solution, wash solution and interpretation worksheet.
      Patient serum is diluted and incubated with individual ImmuStrip™ strips. Specific antibodies bind to the corresponding antigen bands. The washed and bound specific antibody is reacted with alkaline phosphatase conjugated anti-human IgG. After washing, the strip is reacted with a color developing solution which deposits a purple precipitate onto the antibody reacted antigen bands.

ENA IgG ImmuStrip™ Test System: Each ENA ImmuStrip™ strip has a cutoff control for use as a reading standard, positive control, negative control, conjugate, developing solution, wash solution and interpretation worksheet. Sensitivity for the ENA IgG ImmuStrip™ Test System relative to the combined results from six separate commercially available EIA Test Systems is 94%, while Specificity and Precision is 100%.

PM/Scl (PM-1) Recombinant Antigen ImmuStrip™ Test System: PM/Scl Recombinant Antigen ImmuStrip™ Test System* contains three sensitivity markers including high, mid and low cut-offs. Sensitivity relative to the combined results from commercially available IFA and Gel Diffusion Test Systems is 98%, while Specificity and Precision is 100%.
