Under the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), many of the products are available only for research/manufacturing uses. The Code of Federal Regulations, Title 21, Sections 312.9 and 809.10 explicitly state that such research products are for investigational use in laboratory research animals or in vitro research. Products are for research or manufacturing use only unless they are labeled for in vitro diagnostic use. Products should not be used for human therapeutics.

Payment is due upon receipt of goods, unless prior arrangements have been made. A 1.5% monthly (18% yearly) late charge on account balances over 30 days past due will be added to invoices. | Shipping:

F.O.B. Carlsbad, CA - sent collect/billed to recipient, unless otherwise arranged. All products shipped with cool-pack, unless otherwise deemed necessary. At which time additional shipping and handling charges will be applied. SLR reserves the right to ship orders via the best method which will insure stability of product, minimize freight costs and allow efficient tracking.

It is the customer's responsibility to notify SLR of all necessary documents or permits needed for customs clearance or other purposes.

| Returns:
|
No returns will be accepted without return authorization. SLR must be notified within 10 days of receipt of product. Product must be received by SLR within 10 days from date of return authorization. In certain cases, such as shipments involving special handling or temperature dependent material, a re-assay fee may be required. SLR will not accept the return of custom products, products that meet specifications agreed upon prior to shipment, products that have had packaging, labeling, or other product changes, such as the addition of clotting agents, preservatives, or dilution.

| Warranty:

Seller warrants, to the original purchaser only, that the products listed in the catalog are of the composition described therein, provided that the products are stored as directed, used before expiration date (if applicable), and adequate quality control is performed. Buyer's exclusive remedy under this warranty is expressly limited to replacement of unused product with product meeting the catalog description. Statements made about these products by seller's sales persons do not constitute warranties and should not be relied upon by buyer. The entire risk as to the performance of this product is assumed by buyer. Seller shall not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages resulting from use of the product. Any implied warranties relating to the product, including any implied warranties or merchantability or of fitness for a particular research use or other purposes, are disclaimed. |
