AMLI Reference Consensus Panel
This panel was developed as a reference panel by the Association of Medical Laboratory Immunologists (AMLI) with an emphasis on providing sera for use in enzyme immunoassays. These sera are to be used for quality assurance purposes only. Serum samples were obtained from patients with well-established clinical disease. Samples were sent to 21 autoimmune product manufacturers and 9 laboratories of AMLI members and tested for antibodies to dsDNA, SS-A, SS-B, Sm, RNP, Scl-70, Centromere, and Jo-1, using the methods usually performed in their laboratories. Contained in the panel are the eight positive and two negative (non-reactive for all assays) controls, the consensus data and Western Blot profiles of each sera. Order now and compare your results!!!
